I am currently a one-person operation, so I cannot answer phone calls or accommodate walk-ins while with clients.
No Phone Bookings: Bookings cannot be made over the phone. But how do you book if you can't call?

Guide 2
My schedule is currently limited, and booking availability differs between returning and new clients:
Returning clients: Can book up to 183 days (6 months) in advance. Currently, this is limited until November.
New clients: Can book up to 91 days (3 months) in advance. New client bookings are temporarily suspended.
Big changes are coming next year, so bookings are intentionally limited in the short term.
Reasons for these limitations:
Returning clients keep the business running and deserve priority for their regular maintenance.
Limiting bookings helps ensure I can provide the best service by allowing for necessary downtime, training, seminars, and personal events

Booking Limitations: If you can't find available slots, don't panic. The system may be fully booked for the designated thresholds (91 days for new clients, 183 days for returning clients). Check back periodically as openings can occur due to rescheduling or cancellations. The booking system updates live automatically.
Rescheduling: Keep your confirmation email. Use the orange button within the email to reschedule to any available slot. (See example image)
Cancellations: To cancel, send a direct SMS, text, or WhatsApp message to Fabian using the number provided in our emails.
