Use of Logos – Fabian Bine - Curl Specialist’s logo or any of its proprietary artwork may not be used on any document or in association with any information, that implicitly or explicitly suggests that the document or information has been prepared or approved by Fabian Bine - Curl Specialist. The logos are used only on materials generated by Fabian Bine - Curl Specialist or where Fabian Bine - Curl Specialist has elected to work in collaboration with another or multiple organisations.

Use of any of the Fabian Bine - Curl Specialist logo or proprietary artwork without the Fabian Bine - Curl Specialist’s consent is an infringement of copyright.  No permission will be granted for the use of the logos or artwork nor will reproduction of the logo in any form be allowed unless Fabian Bine - Curl Specialist determines that the material and proposed editorial or story on/in which the logos is to be used is of a type that Fabian Bine - Curl Specialist are able to accept.

Intellectual Property/Copyright Vested in Third Party Entities – Fabian Bine - Curl Specialist does not have the legal authority to grant permission to re-use documents where legal rights are owned by third-party entities and does not grant such permission.
